  • Influenced policy making at the Child Support Agency by raising awareness of the unique challenges faced by Defence members in meeting CSA requirements.
  • Reduced wait time for visa processing for family members of ADF lateral recruits from 10 weeks to 10 days.
  • Increased awareness of child safety in Defence housing by ensuring adherence with national standards in relation to blind cords.
  • Created a dedicated information portal for single parents within the DFA website.
  • Supported the Regional Chaplain Program to coordinate consistent national services.
  • Worked closely with Defence Personnel Policy and Employment Conditions to improve the scope of the Defence Members With Dependants (Unaccompanied) policy.
