National Families Week 2016

This year's National Families Week celebration highlights the importance of families in Australia.

The theme is 'Stronger families, stronger communities' and encourages people to spend time with their families, make contact with extended family and take part in family acclivities in the wider community.

Every year Defence supports the week by recognising the important role our ADF families play in supporting members and the work they do in serving our nation.

Defence Community Organisation will host family events around the country with plenty of activities and entertainment for everyone. This is a great opportunity to take time out to catch up with friends, meet other families, and celebrate.

Dates for the DCO regional National Families Week activities are available on the DCO website . Most events require an RSVP.
