Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consulting (Australia) (PwC) Pty Ltd is working with the Defence Community Organisation (DCO) to undertake an evaluation of some of the DCO programs and services that are provided to Defence families and children.
The purpose of the evaluation is to:
- understand the impact of the DCO programs and services on Defence families and their children
- identify the enablers and barriers to delivery of the DCO programs and services, and key areas for improvement
- review more broadly the needs of Defence families and children to understand what future support may be required

To inform the evaluation, PwC is seeking to obtain feedback from Defence families with children.
This feedback focuses on understanding the impact of the DCO programs and services and identifying any existing gaps for the operation and delivery of the programs and services across Australia. To ensure a timely and transparent approach in understanding stakeholder needs the DCO have engaged us (PwC) to support this process.
Participation in the feedback is voluntary and all responses will be treated as confidential. At the end of the feedback period all responses will be combined, and the aggregate results will be used to inform the evaluation findings. The results will be used to assist the DCO to ensure the programs and services meet the needs of Defence families.
